Acceptance of Terms. By using and continuing to use the Platform, you and Business Plan Investors agree to the following terms and policies (and any successor URLs):

Changes to Terms. Business Plan Investors reserve the right to update and change, from time to time, these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You should check these documents regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of any modified terms.

TERMS FOR Business Plan Investors (BPI) Users

Business Plan Investors (BPI) is a subscription-based platform designed to avail users with numerous channels to discuss and collaborate with Investors worldwide. To fully enjoy the services offered on the platform, it is recommended that you sign-up on the platform.

Do note that our secured approved payment partner is PayPal. The Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform will not request your credit card number, debit card, billing, and other information when making subscriptions or payments. We will instead direct you to PayPal to make all payment-related services. For direct payment for non-subscription-based services, we may direct you to either PayPal or Payoneer.

You agree that the Registration Information you provide on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform is true, valid, accurate, current, and complete, and you will maintain and promptly update that information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Business Plan Investors team has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, misleading, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Business Plan Investors has the right to terminate your account and refuse you all current or future access to or use of the Service.

You are not permitted to spam any Investor knowingly or unknowingly. We strongly kick against any attempt to fraudulently use the Investors’ information shared on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform as we will not hesitate to investigate and escalate as appropriate.

By using BPI, you agree that we may access, preserve and disclose information to investigate, prevent, or take action in connection with: (a) legal process and legal requests; (b) enforcement of the Terms; (c) claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) requests for customer service; (e) technical issues; (f) protecting the rights, property, or personal safety of Business Plan Investors (BPI), its users, Investors, or the public; (g) establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims; or (h) as otherwise required by law. This may include responding to lawful governmental requests.

BPI is designed legally to make fundraising easy.

You, and not Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform, are responsible for all purchases made through your Business Plan Investors account or in connection with your payment ID. The business Plan Investors (BPI) platform is not responsible for unauthorized purchases or errors made using your account. You must resolve purchase-related disputes and promptly report unauthorized use of your credit card to your credit card company, online payment service provider, merchant, or bank. Your liability for unauthorized use of your card may be limited by your card issuer’s agreement and/or by applicable law. In addition to the uses of account information authorized by these Terms or any incorporated documents, in times when the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform may have legal access to your card details, we may choose to access, preserve, monitor, and disclose your card information in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to verify your account, to identify or resolve problems, or to respond to inquiries about your Service, but nothing in this section shall impose a duty on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform to make any such disclosures.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, REFUNDS, AND PAYMENT TERMS

You may choose to subscribe to a monthly or yearly access on Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform.

Auto-Renewal

The current subscription fee for using the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform, will automatically and immediately be charged to your designated payment method or, if your designated payment method fails, to any other payment method you have on file with us. Details of your fees will be available to you. The subscription services offered on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform are provided on an auto-renewal basis commencing on the date that you sign up for the Service until you cancel. Your designated payment method or, if your designated payment method fails, any other payment method you have on file with Business Plan Investors (BPI) will be charged for renewal unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current period. You are entitled to cancel the Service at any time.

Cancellation for Auto-Renewed Business Plan Investors

If you choose to cancel your auto-renewed subscription to Business Plan Investors (BPI) subscription-based services, the cancellation will cease the periodic (yearly or monthly) auto-renewal of the Service.  You will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will continue to receive your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed. For example, if the subscribed service is for one month period and you cancel on the 5th day of that month you will continue to get the service for that month and the service will be canceled at the next billing cycle. Also, for example, if the subscribed service is for one year and you cancel on the 100th day of that year you will continue to get the service for that year and the Service will be canceled at the next billing cycle.

Amount Charged for Service May Change

The amount charged for services offered on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform may change in line with current economic reality. The fees could either be reviewed downward or upward with or without prior notice. Hence, make it a duty to familiarize yourself with current prices as reviewed on the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform. If you do not cancel the subscribed service, you hereby consent that the payment method (or, if your designated payment method fails, any other payment method that you have on file) will automatically be charged the then-current fee for the Service at the commencement of each renewal period. Details of the current fees will be reflected on the Business Plan Investors platform as well as on the subscription page.

The Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform does not provide price protection or refunds

Discounts and Offers

The business Plan Investors (BPI) platform at its discretion may offer discounts or special offers from time to time. If you have received an offer for a free trial period in connection with signing up for the Service, then you will not be charged for the first time until after your free trial period has ended. Once the offer or trial period ends, you will be auto-charged for the Service until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not have access to the Service once the trial period ends, unless you purchase the Service. Subsequent billing dates will be on the monthly or annual anniversary of your first billing date. If you receive a discount or special offer during the current term, your billing date will extend for the additional period of the discount or special offer.

TERM AND TERMINATION

Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform team may, but has no duty, to terminate immediately the Service and refuse to allow any/ and all current or future access to or use of the Platform by you if Business Plan Investors (BPI) in its sole discretion concludes that: (a) you have provided any information that is invalid, misleading, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Business Plan Investors (BPI) has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is invalid, misleading, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, (b) you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, (c) you are engaged in activities that may damage the rights of the Business Plan Investors (BPI) platform, its users, or others at large, or (d) you have failed to abide by the Terms and Conditions, or any incorporated terms. The business Plan Investors (BPI) platform accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted due to an invalid credit card or a violation of its terms and conditions.

CONTRACTING PARTY, CHOICE OF LAW, AND LOCATION FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES AND OTHER LOCAL REGION PROVISIONS

The terms and conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
